cudos to bestservice for.. great service
I was having trouble with Yellowtools downloads and found on kvr that bestservice does some support, since bestservice distributes yellowtools products. And yellowtools is notorious for having no support. So I tried bestservice, and got prompt response.. and even contacted yellowtools on my behalf, and followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was alright. That's some serious service there. And I didn't even buy the product directly from bestservice. So, they definitely get my thumbs up for service.

Yes, I know them pretty good, as they sit here in Munich.
They even come to you, for installation help or config probs, you have already paid for service they say.
What they pay for the musicians, engineers that record all the sample libs is the other side.

They were actually instrumental in bringing us some of the first downloadable instruments to try for demos. They're always pushing the envelope.
Yellow Tools has a language barrier from what I've been told.
They speak Burgundian and have to travel to villages far away for a translation.
