I have a 3-card Scope system: 1 Pulsar I, and 2 Scope Home Luna cards.
I also have an E-MU 1212m PCIe card in my DAW computer running Windows 7 Pro. I have not experienced any major difficulties with this very flexible setup.
HOWEVER, when running ADAT (master) out of the 1212m @ 96k, the Pulsar I ADAT (slave) syncs up @ 48k. Now, I have not noticed any negative results. So, I could leave well enough alone. But, I am just trying to figure out why the Pulsar is not displaying sync @ 96k.
Any thoughts?
Pulsar I does not display correct sample rate
Re: Pulsar I does not display correct sample rate
ADAT doesn't allow higher than 48k, UNLESS you are using s-mux, which cuts the number of i/o in half. this is true for ALL ADAT devices.
Re: Pulsar I does not display correct sample rate
tadaaaa... and Pulsar Ones don't smux at all
needs a generation 2 board, which the Luna is, but that doesn't come with Adat IO by default... epic fail
sorry
cheers, Tom
