Sorry I just tried TTS, but not voice recognition; and I'm still on Vista, anyway.
...I could say I use to talk by computer and not to the computer... even if in Italian/Sicilian language those by and to can both be translated using the same word 'con/cu', in this case.

I used to have a windows mobile phone for years. The "Voice Commander" software it had was amazing...no training required, andit worked. I could issue commands, names, call people, play music, and it just always worked. FAR better than my experience with the android voice op stuff.
So, I don't have direct experience with Win 7, but if the mobile stuff is related at all, I would set my expectations high.
