What KeyFile ???? Can't do anything without it

Hi, I've purchased a Pulsar 2 audio card . I have the original package, the manuals ,the software codes, the pulsar serial, everything, BUT the installation asks me for a key file. I've checked everywhere on the cds I have ( Pulsar Software CD Version 3, Free Plugins CD, Sample Collection CD ), no key file.

I've tried to enter the keys I have manually but it doesn't help me anything.

I'ts a discontinued product (Pulsar 2 ) and I've got it in a Creamware package. I have the Pulsar 2 serial with a key for it, a ProPack key and two other keys (STS-3000 and Modular 2).

I'm trying to install scope 4.5 that I've downloaded from the site ,but can't without the key file. I've sent an email to creamware support, hope it will help.

Any suggestions plz ???

There is no more Creamware. Long gone.

Soniccore SHOULD respond to emails. They are usually very prompt.

You'll need to send them your hardware ID number and they'll send you the new keys.
