from what i have heard, PT9's asio implimentation is quite flawed. it seems that most audio cards and systems not made by Avid do not work properly with it. this is not verified info, however and there may be a fix quite soon if it is fact.

Due to my new job and lack of time, I have scratched the surface only, but I can confirm that pt9 seems to work with the asio of my xite-1 Scope 5.1 v 2709 x64 in SFP mode (I don't use XTC).

I never used pt before I bought this pt9. After some trial and error it seems "operational" in my setup now. Initially, I tried to install the pt9 on my home built pc, but pt9 would freeze everytime I tried to connect my bcf2000 controller. I have a feeling that I would be on safer ground running pt9 on OSX, but then I would need an OSX-driver for my Xite..

My bcf "semi" works with pt9 now that I've migrated to the latest mac pro (2010) / Win 7 x64 on bootcamp / xite-1 Scope 5.1 v 2709 / pt9. Wish I had more time to use my system now that it finally seems to be operational
Cheers
