Hello there Ken
I have been following the news all the time since the Japan disaster, and of course, I could never forget that your wife and yourself have family in Japan.
Could you tell us how are things with them? We really hope you have good news!
Best wishes in this sad moment my friend, I want to share this grief with you and every Japanese fellow on earth for what has happened.
Ken, I hope everything is fine with all of your family!

hey guys, everything is okay in tokyo, at least with my family and friends. There's still more after shocks coming up so we'll have to see. The nuclear situation is scary, but hopefully they can cool it down before things get ugly.
Trains are running in Tokyo now on a very slow schedule, and people are going to work. Supermarkets are open but for short periods of time to conserve electricity. Phone is down, but that doesn't stop people from chatting online. Internet seems to be holding up. The affected areas get priority in phone service.

Hello Ken!
Thank you for answering us, I'm very pleased that at least your closed ones are well! I really want to see soon this nuclear threat to be controlled too.
My highest respect and appreciation feelings for all of those brave Japanese fellows that are fighting the nuclear heat with such strength!
For the wellbeing of all mankind, I really hope they can achieve it!
