Upon the 20th Anniversary of the reunification of Germany, I recall as a child that I was raised to be sympathetic of the plight of the jews, as my mother taught English to the still fleeing european refugees. I suppose now one could also be sympathetic to the Germans who didnt even vote for Hitler in 1932 then got the crap bombed out of them a decade later and then were forced to become communists under Stalin. Nowadays though some of them would prefer to have stayed that way and not be unified and then forced over to the Euro. Roger "I might even let Dave play guitar" Waters should have left well enough alone. Like Berlin, there would never be a true reunification of the Floyd. Rick Wrights music is far superior and as for Communism, maybe there will be a 'Broken China'.

there will never be a broken China. In fact other countries will suffer. At least Germany is overrated much of the people didn`t learn from history. Still the old prejudices against jews, muslims and people who look different. In the east much more common, then in the west, which is some kind of obvious. Anyway, the end of he cold war is something good.

Yeah, and so is German technology...I'm driving a decade old BMW and decade old soundcards like they were all new.
