Vectron Player and ESDi8-16 disappeared from XTC (scope 5)

Weird problem here today (I've not noticed before because I was using others synths): Vectron Player and ESDi8-16 are disappeared from XTC menu (last scope 5 OS, not beta, PCI vesion).
All seems to be ok, devices are into "devics/synths" directory, and the DDL are in the right place and right named for XTC, as the installer done (the others devices are visible and well working).
Latest Cubase 5.5

Any solution? It drives me crazy! :-?

4PC + Scope 5.0 + no more Xite + 2xScope Pro + 6xPulsarII + 2xLunaII + SDK + a lot of devices (Flexor III & Solaris 4.1 etc.) + Plugiator.

I've found a workaround: just renamed the devices and the ddl's (for example "device.dev" to "device_2.dev"), so in this way cubase recognizes again...
very strange behaviuor!
