Installation Problem

Post by ClipTheApex »

Help I have changed my PC and cannot find my installation disk for my Luna 11. I have tried downloading Scope V4 but I dont have a reg key for V4. Does anyone know where I can find Scope V3 so I can get up and running this weekend. I have emailed Sonic but I'm still waiting for an answer.

Thanks

ClipTheApex,

For running any Scope OS version, you do need keys from Sonic Core - if you bought your card(s) secondhand, you can also email the previous owner for the keys registered on the cards. Nobody else can help you with these - they're specific to the hardware serial number on each individual card!

Of course we understand ones patience is put to the test when waiting for the keys, but there is no other or faster way. Once you get them, make sure you store them in some safe place so you won't need to go through the wait again - unless you register new plugins or OS version.

Thanks to those who replied. Sonic sent me the key for Scope 4 this morning. I wasn't expecting them to be working on a Saturday. Looks like the support from Sonic is very good.
