I routed my Pulsar Audio in LAP. I get a Latency between the LAP internal Audio(eg EXS) and the incoming Pulsar Audio. Is there a way to offset both Audio that i have ZERO LATENCY between both ?
Until now i routed my Exs stuff on Bus1 and set a Insert sample delay on it to offset it by that way . But i jitter of bout 30 Samples That gives a light phase if two same sounds (4 example 2 KICKS) atr the same time. Why ius thsi dely not stable ?
Just a general word about Latency, perhaps it´ll be a guide-line:
Latency means the time the sound signal needs to go from the input to the output of your system. All digital audio signals are in need of of a certain latency time to go through.
Here´s the formula: samples x (1000ms/ 44100 samples) = latency in milliseconds.
Example: Lateny = 1056 Sample x (1000ms/ 44100 Samples) = ca. 24 ms.
If your recording uses this latency time while recording and you´re listening to the sound from the output you´ll notice that the sound is delayed to approximately 24ms.
When you recognize that certain tracks aren´t synchronous you know by now that this is due to the latency of your system which is exactly the same as the latency time mentioned above.
You´re able to correct this with the delay option in the play parameters box.
1. Set a "cycle" (playback loop)
2. Open the window audio hardware & driver from within the audio menu.
3. Next to the sound generators you´ll notice a field called delay. Vary the value int the delay field until midi and audio are in sync.

buit there are only -1 -2 -3 -4 i have 1109 Samples Latency ! ;(
