WTB Scope Home or Similar

hey, I have splitted my studio and my private livingrooms and now I found out that I also want to start projects at home, to later finish them in my studio. There I have a fully loaded pro board, but here a standard plugin packed scope home or luna etc would do it, scope 4 would be enought as I will stick with XP until all my gear breaks and there are no more drivers

I cant spend a ton though, I planned to invest into this thing something in the 100$ range, I dont know what I can get for 100 bucks though, you tell me.

p.s. the cards must be compatible, I use stm24/48 in my studio projects, so this one should be included for sure, classic plate would also be nice for compatibility, I wanna save my projects here, and load them up with no hazzles there!
