From june to september, three-five days at week (every thursday, saturday and sunday, plus some other day for private parties) from 11.30pm to 3.00am, this is what's happening down my windows

I was about titling this thread "when music is just annoying noise (they're making me act against music)", but I realize it sounds melodramatic.
The situation is absolutely not pleasant, though.
My parents have their bedroom wall and window exposed to that area; obviously, they're not young, and they're not very healty this last years.
As for me, ok, personally I use to stay awake till late night, but...why I MUST close my windows during summer nights to watch some TV with that dumb pulsing boom in background?
Why I MUST listen to other music (mostly crap to me) or background noise instead of enjoy the silent when I already spent hours with headphone on, studying or working at some project?
Why I MUST listen to something I don't like, having moreover the DJ grotesquely screaming: grazie per averci scelto! (thank you for choosing us)
There was no way to make them stop or, at least, reduce levels, last summer!
They're mounting for the current season now.
I'm wondering if this may happen in other countries.

well, someone's making a ton of money from that otherwise useless strip of sand at night...
really big money - at least I see nothing around one could call an 'investment', just PA, bar, beverage and a fence or so... a license to print money - so to say.
In your area that may be linked in some way to some not so convenient dudes...

I would move. I have a problem sometimes with barking dogs but after seeing your video, I realize how lucky I am. It looks like you have a nice place in the day.

You get a jar of generic Creamy Peanut Butter.
Make a giant sandwich and toss it to the pooch in question.
Hours later they will still be licking their chops and unable to bark unless really provoked.
We do this to untrained Hunting Dogs to keep the Quail and Chucker birds from flushing out early.
I have a great cure for the barking dogs.

If the neighbor sees me feed the dog I'll be in trouble. He will surely think it's poison. He has an alarm on his house even though we live in the most crime free area you can imagine. Sometimes I yell shut up at the dog and hope the neighbor hears it if they are home.
There is an ultrasonic device which emits a loud sound when they bark. Only dogs can hear it and it makes them stop barking but it has to be within 15 feet of them also it doesn't always work so I didn't buy that.

Ok, I'll try to tell it all.
I've spent lot of time around last summer, in local goverment offices and police department, but that asset has been anyway licenced and it's absolutely not easy to make them stop then.
I know it's risky, but I can't live this way without fight for my rights to be respected. There's people in need of rest at night. I do need mental and hearing energies recovery.
A judicial proceedings was started up after a couple of charges were filed; the hearing is scheduled for September of this year; it's likely it will bring to a fine only; as far I can see from legal action papers, the article applied for noise limit transgression (659 penal code) provides a file up to 500 Euros.
I'd been told the licence is based on a technical report stating acoustic system is limited to work below legal threeshold.
I asked for a copy of the licence and had a look to the tech report.
Tech report is signed by a guy that works in PA and live-show-gear rental and sale... Maybe I guess who sold or hire out, mount and manage audio there.
The tech report shows these are speakers too, and it looks like they're non-directional
The licence states they're allowed to make dance music till 3.00am within legal noise limits.
The licence states, besides, they're allowed for 99 people only; they work with up to 600 people (they should pay taxes for 99 people only, I guess).
They'll be tryied for exceeding noise and people limits, since inspections ascertained they were out; but it looks like they're still allowed to make us have noise at night this summer (and in the day too, since they diffuse music for bathers).
The licence has to be renewed for the current season, though. I would try to oppose showing a technical report stating the real thing, but I'd been told the document has to be signed by a qualified technician as the guy signed for the asset, in order to be considered.
Since I can't present them a report by myself, all I was able to do was to make my droll report, just to show it around; if it will emerge that an outdoor disco-dance place here is really out of context in legal terms, then I'll ask a qualified technician for a report; I'll have to pay for that and I absolutely can't take it for granted that anyone will compensate me for that, as for the suffered troubles, or for all the time spent.

I had a few summers of Pool parties at my own house when my Fiancee owned a local strip club.
I didn't like the music too much and it was always loud, but having fine trim so close to the bedroom is a good thing IMHO.
If I were in your shoes I would overlook the music and score some trim.
I think womens ankles look really sexy, especially if they are behind their ears......ankyu.

i think the problem is the PA system(i see 2 or 3 pair including a pair of 2 15" w/ a horn speakers) pointed toward the road, NOT those small things on the barrels. just get them to point the other way, it will help a lot(hopefully enough).

just kidding of course, it sounds like a horrible situation. Personally I have a train shunting yard behind my house and sometimes the smash train cars together at 3-6 AM, surprisingly i have gotten used to it. I doubt i could get used to that though.

I often think I would move, but I've got no chance for that, and... noise and related are troubles also for my parents and other people around. Dogs are annoying too. We just had new neighbours here a month ago. Their dog was barking a lot, ten meters from my window, in the first days. Luckily, once acclimatized, it's staying quieter.
And... no I didn't got any longer a quiet place in the day too. I will show it 360° as soon as I'll have some time for that.

4 x 15'' is a huge boom even if reverse oriented, and... ok [joke_mode_on]I already used feet a lot for playing as you can hear in background music, but you're gonna make me use them again for measurements, in spite of tiredness[/joke_mode_off] the closest building is less than 164 feet far.
Moreover, 99 people (I consider the allowed only) can make noise for more than 93dB just speaking togheter afaik, and they use to sing in choir aloud as you can hear in Youtube video.
There's another worrying side related, even if it's not quite about noise: wild car parking.
There are no rules respected.

in such a fashion that ambulances or firemen trucks would never be able to pass through...
