Scope dont minimize on startup

Hi all!
Yesterday I reinstalled my whole computer system.
I run pulsarII (scope 4.5) under winXP.

The strange thing is that when windows starts scope loads but dont minimize.. when I enter the scope program and click on "startup" it works just fine and automaticly minimize.

How can I fix it? It's the first time it happens..
