Question about Scope v5 bundled software

If i own the Scope v5 licence (i paid the full upgrade fee from v4.0) and a 15 DSP card, do i automatically get mix and master + synth and sampler packs bundled? As it says on the Sonic Core Website?

At the time i bought it i had just a 6 DSP card so could only have one of those packs (chose synth and sampler).. yet now i own a bigger card would this automatically make me entitled to both packs? its the same price for v5 either way.

But the main reason i ask is that i have bought a 15 DSP card which also has Scope v5 registered (making me now the owner of 2 Scope v5 licences), yet it doesnt have all the software i was expecting

The new card doesnt have either synth and sampler or mix and master in full.. which seems strange.

Ive contacted Sonic Core about this as well but was just wondering if anyone here knows?

well, it's possible that a mistake was made, but nobody here knows what keys you have. if you want to pm me, i can probably tell you....

i got your pm and answered it. it looks to me like you may only have v5 keys for the six dsp card...more detail in my reply...

The serial and software list is from just the 15 DSP card though, taken directly out of the keyfile which came with it.

basically, that looks like a first gen Scope card. it never had s&s or m&m originally, so it's possible that somewhere along the line, there's a mistake(with the first v4 upgrade). that wouldn't be S/C's fault, but Creamware's. S/C may or may not change that. you need to question them, for sure. sorry...
