arpeg02 sync

hey guys , does anyone has an idea how to sync the arpeg 02 with cubase ? , it is so inacurate that i'm sure i'm doing something wrong.

in my project it's connected between the external keyboard (pulsar midi a source) to cubase (sequencer midi dest 1).

I can't get Apeg01 or any Pulsar device to sync via mclk. I always have to manually enter the BPM and turn off external sync....

Our dear Creamware made it just to make some money, he-he, sure not for work, so take it easy, no one of happy users really use it

Another dissapointed with this device.
I tried for a long time to grab midi from arpegs 01 & 02, Always with crash results. The only way I know to use it without problems when its midi output is only connected to the devices, not returning midi signal to sequencer.
I've sent my problem to Creamware support team long time ago, but my questions never been answered.
This device doesn't work as specified in his features, and that's all.
