With 3 or 4 ms latency my Creamware PowerPulsar ( wave dest ) don't work with soundforge 4.0 or wavelab 3 ....

I don't habilitate at record ...

My system .

install INF and Intel acc.

One more question: what is your CPU speed?

I can run 3ms <i>barely</i> on my 1.8Ghz.. if you have a 1.6A then 4 or 7ms will be better settings to use.

Anything sharing an IRQ with your card? You can check with "Winkey+Pause" combo, Device Manager, Properties... if you could put that list here, it would make the troubleshooting quicker/easier from this end. Thanks!

I made a test

If my pulsar project cancels and puts again

wave dest 1, wavelab or sound forge RECORD !!!!!! works fine .

If I stop recording and try again it doesn't work but if I cancel wave dest 1 and put again .... WORKS FINE !!!! WHY ???

at 7 / 13 or 25ms work fine

ACPI is holding your latency back. Reinstall XP in Standard mode or change HALs. For more information on ACPI/Standard and switching visit the Optimize your Win2k/XP thread in the Tips & Tricks section here.

I don't have Windows XP :sad: . I have only win98 SE ...

What is HALs ????

Is possible disable ACPI into win98 SE ?

Oh, sorry, I read that you were using 9x and then forgot. Very strange results, are you using an older project or something? Anyway if it works then stay with it!

You think ? Why don't you try to make a test? with PowerPulsar and win98 SE ?

are you using an older project or something?

My test is ONLY wave dest 1 ....

Anyway if it works then stay with it!
