Hope someone can help a newbie here.

With the big mixer ctrl room outs connected to the analog destination module I can get audio out of the Pulsar 2 analog output cables no problem.

However, when I remove the analog destination module and switch to the digital spdif one, and use the AES EBU cable, the engineer I work with says he gets no indication at all that there's any signal coming out the cable - not even a clock lock.

My store says that the spdif module works for AES/EBU in this version of Pulsar, it's just that they hadn't updated the modules when I bought it.

I tried getting the engineer to set his gear to spdif and he actually got a lock indication, but no signal.

I don't know enough about his gear (or mine at this point) to know who's screwed up.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Dear Chadwick,
When you got the pulsarII, it should be included additional flopy-disk which is contained the pulsar-AES/EBU's driver and the instruction how to update the driver. If not, I would contact to Creamware to get it. Maybe, I could send you one if I can find it.
Hope this helps,
Long
