Preset problem with saving

Hi...

The preset I made with the SonicTimeworks compressorX doesn't work, I mean when I double click on a preset in the list, nothing happens, the knobs don't move... Do you know this problem ? And do you have a solution ?
In fact, I notice that the presets won't work with other plugs : the optimaster, for example. I'm with xite and I know that after install it was working normaly... It's strange : sometimes it works, sometimes, no. For example, if I make a new bank file, it doesn't, if I save the preset in the original preset bank, it works. And it is the same on my pci boards. At the end, I never know if my preset is saved and I frighten to change preset and lose my settings.

It is a bit strange cause I didn't find any information about this issue on PZ.

Well... I talk to myself.. But it mays help someone, one hypothetic day...

After some trys, to conclude, it seems that I am not very cleaver... I opened the manual and understood that I must create a new bank and not a new file !
The problem came from the fact that I tried to save the preset in the midi controler bank !

Well, after around 10 years with this great system, I notice that there still be things to learn for me...

You've had this ten years and never created a presets bank in all that time?

Yes I did ! But I allways add presets in the allready existing list !
I had already noticed that it did not work well with a new file but I had never insisted, saving in the original preset list and backup the preset directory. But today, I need to make some working preset files !
