2000/xp
Get an RME hammerfall, or be patient while Creamware make sure theirs is solid.
Honestly Win2000 sort of sucks man, have you tried it? I'm not impressed. I'm not saying I'm in love with Win9x, it is a bit unstable if improperly configured, but I've had my 9x box up for weeks with Pulsar and Logic open without a reboot (AnalogX Maxmem, baby).
I also noticed Win2000 is much more resource intensive and everything seems SLOOOOW... I hope XP is really good.
