Ok ive been figuring out how to get logic to follow acid when its generating MTC, it actually works very well except logic is a bit behind. when acid is playing a looped segment, and i am editing the same segment in LOgic while it is playing it will not play the first note or anything in the first 150 tics or so (more than a 32 note)
This was not even possible with my old computer though, so at least i can edit midi while acid is playing, everything else seems to be on time, as long as it is not right after the beginning of a looped part or pressing play.
logic will follow and play wherever I play in Acid. so i can have all the midi parts for a project in a song in case i need to change them later.
Acid is outputting to seq source 1 and that is routed in pulsar to seq dest 2 which logic picks up sync on.
If i even touch that SMPTE ofset thing in Logic it totally throws it out of whack.
I know i could use the audio part of Logic, but i really hate it.
