Scope 5 update: card not working (no DSP load)

I've updated my system to Scope 5, got a bunch of driver errors at first, fixed that with the tips on this forum (registry stuff), removed drivers, installed new etc.

Now i don't get any driver errors anymore, but my card still does not work!
Software starts without errors, i can load devices and everything, but the DSP load stays at ZERO.

I don't get it and i REGRET updating my system, i figured Soniccore would be better than Creamware, but they don't have a clue either. I'm a music professional, i need my systems to work at all times because i make a living with them.

Not much love for SC right now, but does anybody here have a solution?
I already emailed SC, but i don't expect them to answer soon.

After another reboot i now have driver errors back too.

first off, they said most clearly and in large print that v5 is a RELEASE CANDIDATE.

second, the software DOES work for many, many users.

third, DON"T PANIC! there are many here that will happily help you, unless you wish to begin by cursing at us.


what are "driver errors"? can you be more specific? exactly what are the error messages?

you can always rename your old 4.5 scope folder. if you can't get v5 working, you can always reinstall the old driver, rename the 4.5 folder back to it's original name and continue using your old, working setup.

After two more hours of rebooting, reinstalling etc. i had it working for a while, until a reboot and it started all over again.
Software loads fine now without errors, but card is not activated: no DSP load when i load devices.

ASIO drivers are recognised by Cubase, but not working.

Sigh.
