Best settings for Sonar 7 with Scope Pro ? What do you use ?

I wondered if anyone uses Sonar with Creamware cards
What settings do you use in Sonar for the best performance?

I am running Scope at 44.1 KHz with a latency of around 13 ms - shorter settings and I am getting audio dropouts occasionally with Sonar 7.0.2 - however I can go lower with Ableton Live 8 and Cubase LE and that's OK

It would be helpful if anyone could give details on how they set up Sonar's settings - just a brief comment would be OK

Having no problems now at 13ms 44.1 KHz

Don't understand why it won't work properly at a faster ULLI setting unlike Live 8, but 13 ms is good enough
