Of course I would let Dxl back if I you were to ask me about that, but after a formal apology from his part. Nobody is perfect or has never mistaken... We all have. I've mistaken many times in my life and will still do even if I don't want to, unfortunately.

I think it's important to go back and fix what we have done wrong, this is what life is all about, this is life for! Life is a school to learn much and you learn through mistaken and repairing those mistakes!

This explosion is a lesson to his bad will, and a lesson to those who have responded him, totally IDENTIFIED with this very bad will... getting sometimes the load and responsatility of what has happened upon themselves.

If he has something good inside himself he is going to be back posting a deep apology to the Z forum, and if he does, we have to be open minded and accept his coming back.

i did the same thing, and my machine crashed on me!!! first time since long this has happened to me!

now let us all move on. he'll come back, or not, others will follow, who knows? but we'll see about that when it happens, just like SFP

might be!!! i first checked an official apple dealer, and found them rather expensive. then i came across a small PC shop, and they had them much cheaper. the sales person only had his doubts wether it would work on a macintosh. first thing i heard about that. oh well, planetZ will probably come up with an answer...

We do have freedom to express our thoughts here, pro or against CW, that's not the issue. I'm for DXL expressing himself or for anyone who wishes the same - offensive or not, were getting to freakin' "sensitive" in this society of ours.

However, since DXL has received numerous warnings for violating certain rules, and without heed, continues to ensue such offense, then John's decision is appropriate. There is a way for DXL to get back; John has given him a chance to resond via e-mail, but it's all up to DXL now...

I should have asked earlier:'Why don't you want to share with us, DXL? This forum is about helping each other and sharing and getting better musicians.'But I have too much respect than to say:'Come on, join!', if he just has fun shocking new members and stuff... 'Funny' humour. Invitation's always up, I feel.
So I don't see a necessity to make a step, because I feel basically openness anyway.

Btw: I'm more looking forward to a new release from Sandro in the music corner than to the software update...or no, the STS needs it badly...well, both

Yes I feel better, the community has debated the case and everyone is now clearly informed about all the facts. It will not be said that John Cooper has banned an innocent, and the banned has the choice to stay out or be in again.
The only thing I regreat is that DXL was not here debating his ban with us.
But I understand the terrible choice John Cooper has to make. I understand it is necessary sometimes to clearly show the limits. I understand it is not easy to take this kind of decision, it's easy only for fascist minded persons. The ways John uses prooves that he's not, and I thank you John for all this pedagogy.

I can't help but think that this won't be the last of DXl.
He'll probably wait a little while, sign up some other anonymous username, and chance his style of writing to fool us, and then carry on annoying the hell out of us, citing the excuse that dxl used to do it!

Its like all those damn zombies in the movies that never seem to want to die.
(Metaphorically speaking of course)

Spose I'm feeling a bit pessimistic today.

Thanks Robert, you just hit the nail.
A public site is not a social and psychiatrist working place!
John has waited till the very last moment, with ongoing doubts.
I simply want him never back.
Don't forget what he did on the more anonimous CW forum, there he was realy a jerk (realy a jerk, I can't say it in another way).
Also, folks, don't you see the guy is really 'sick'?
Something as adhd or borderline? (there is a name for this behavior, I don't know).
That's what makes it sad a bit), coz he can't help realy.
That's also why it's a joke to think he will apollogise and promis to behave normal, just because he has no feeling to function in a social way, he can't communicate.

Not to me, not if you keep in mind this is a public music site, just like that, with a very tolerant, patient and for sure democratic community, including our moderator!

My life as plant z:

This forum has given me water to live my musical life, just when my roots where getting very dry, and my leaves where loosing their collor. So today I've got small butts all over just waiting to show their beautifull collored flowers inside.

But after some time, the light disapeared. Someone put a big dark grey plant right next to me, and I felt very little of the sun.

I went into a deep sleep, and I found a nice place in the sun. I have water for a long time to come, and life is good. I even sang a song in front of some 60-80people or so. This was a groundbreaking experience to me, and I got some more water.

Today I opened my eyes again and looked around. The big grey plant next to me was gone. I think I will sleep less in the time comming.

I am still 100% behind my "Learn" thread - a fight takes two (does not have to be 50/50 though - 10/90 will do it easyli), but I somehow lost the good feel of comming to planetz, so I stopped. I hope that will change back now. This is how I feel. I am tirred (5o'clock in the morning), but I am behind your decision John. If someone came to my house everyday making my other guests feel bad, I would too ask them to behave or to leave. Thank you again for letting us in in your house on Z-street.
