Not that I have an iPhone, but I thought this looked interesting.
It's a modular synth for the iPhone.

There are some videos on the 'Watch' page - really amazing for $1 application!
I'll get my other half to get this when she gets her iPhone later in the year!

Re: Jasuto
Im actually thinking of getting an iPod touch for this kind of stuff. I need an mp3-player, and as far as i know most of these programs (there are shitloads of controller/synths) runs on the Pod as well.
I need to get that confirmed first though.

Re: Jasuto
Most iphone apps run on ipod touch.. I was given a 1st gen one as a gift, and while it's nice I personally wouldn't buy one for the money. There are several annoying things about it when using it as an MP3 player, but then again, there aren't many MP3 players with a perfect interface either. Changing volume on the touch interface sucks, but I think they added dedicated volume buttons on the 2nd gen, as well as a speaker which is crucial to some apps..
Also, the battery dies pretty fast when using the screen...
On the upside there are some cool apps, I tend to use mine more as a kind of PDA than anything else. Make sure you check the specs of apps though - some of them make use of crucial iphone functions like 3G and mic etc.. Personally I'd never buy an iphone though, and my personal feeling is that touch interfaces are overrated - in a phone and MP3 player at any rate. Having said this the Apple touch interface works better than most that I have tried.
