XTDM - What is it for?
XTDM - What is it for?
I found on older interfaces Z-link is used to connect the card to the box or box to the card as it were but how does it work now?
Re: XTDM - What is it for?
I beleieve it is meant to connect to additional I/O box or even a DSP expander.
maybe you can connect 2 XITE's together.

Re: XTDM - What is it for?
as long as there is no other product sporting the XTDM (unless it is actually meant for connecting 2 or more XITEs together), and there's no manual to explain its future use, it's all pure speculation
btw, oldspeak, Z-Link is still present with XITE, so hooking an A16U to it will still work the same...

XITE x 2 - are you guys saying 64 Channels if IO?? Or 32 with just 1?

Re: XTDM - What is it for?
1 will already do 32 i/o.
afaik, XTDM can be used for combining boxes or adding i/o, but nothing is made or designed yet.
