I finnally installed my XTC card in a new computer with W98SE(because there are no drivers for W2K which is the OS for my first computer)and now I have all the synths appearing as VST instruments in Magixmidistudio 6.The problem is that the sound that comes out is heavily distorted and crackly.I changed PCI slots but no result .Probably it has to do with configuring BIOS and IRQs and so on but I must confess that I am no great expert in that field.The instruments that come with the magix sequencer sound good so the problem is not in my UA30 Roland sound card with Asio drivers.Does it have to do with the fact that in Settings-Device Manager I have an entry for "PCI System Management Bus" with a yellow question mark that says that the drivers for the device are not installed?The problem is that I can't find the drivers anywhere.Can anyone help?Thxs
