I was saying something like this could be done in our previous thread. Now make it a VSTi and we are talking. Touchscreen does not matter. That was just an excuse to charge a lot of money for it. You don't need the hardware. A mouse is fine.

Well it really isn't a tenori-on replica, but it did make a for a nice diversion for a few minutes so I thought I'd share.

If someone did a serious software version of this, you could make the visuals way better than the TENOR-ON and add more features too.

Check out Max+Jitter for user-made visual apps that work well with midi.
