just for the records or if anyone has a similar problem:
i sent the card to sc. apart from the capacitor the "FPGA"(has something to do with the boards communication) was damaged.
that explained why the board was so extremly bitchy. the capacitor and the fpga have been changed. all that cost 190€.
now the card looks clean and healthy and works perfectly.
