Help Needed

I have a Compaq W4000 Workstation, P4 2gig, 512mb, 40 gb, Pulsar II, Matrox g450 dual head, 2xSony N50 flat panels, Cubase Vst 5.1

The problem im having is when running two monitors i get loads of crackles from audio channels when moving the mouse pointer or anything in the second monitor, i had win 2k pro installed but after loads of crackles in sound using that i went back to win 98, im not sure if this is a problem with the pulsar card or not, help appreciated. Ive updated all drivers

Well you should really check what mobo is used in that compaq....

im not sure what the mobo is exactly but know it has the Intel 845 chipset on it, is that any help?

Try disabling bus mastering on your Matrox card... it's in the "Advanced" button, in the Display Properties (right click your desktop).
