XTC plug not properley installed??

hello

i have bought a pulsarII card , midi is working but i have a problem
white errorcodes for example.FF8-5-000C,
this code only appears when i try to use a instrument in the proggram cubase...can anybody help me????

I think I know something about it, I had the same messages, I even reinstalled the xtc plugins...and then I knew I had to go to Audio settings and change the setting to use the Pulsar ASIO drivers instead of the other card ones. That resolved my problem.

I think you're trying to load XTC devices when Pulsar OS is open. Close Pulsar OS with Pulsar->View->Settings->Global->checked XTC mode.
Now open Cubase.
