whoa, no wonder max's interface all of a sudden looked like live's.
Well, I'm pretty sure which sequencer I'll be checking out next.

Live7 was already a great tool for all audio work, and there are some other very cool features in v.8 that would make it a worthwhile update - like groove extraction and templates, transient-based audio warping and my favorite request - track grouping. But the Max4Live thingy is just awesome - though I still don't understand if it comes already embedded in Live, or has to be bought separately...

edit: sorry, missed that bit that says "available as an add on to Live"

i hope they fix their midi out clock. maybe 8th time lucky :D

since it supports OSC
maybe we can make our own!
Max 4 live + monome = awesomeness :)
