can't uninstall scope platform?? help

Post by jcaldwe1 »

I'll make it quick. I bought a Scope DSP 3 but it came with no CD Rom. I downloaded Scope 4.0 and then put it on my computer that I am using with the Scope card. The key file was sent afterwards. I had to create a scope folder and move the downloaded stuff over to it. From there I use the setup.exe command. It looked like it worked except in the control panel under add/remove programs there is no scope software. Not to mention under windows program for scope there is the option to start scope and un install but it's just the windows icon and no associated program for it to use? I tried a second install with the new key file sent from sonic core after I registered the card and now the programs stalls at the very end of the installation..Any ideas??

Look in your Scope directory, \App\Bin\. The uninstall program is called Uninstaller.exe. If it is not correctly associated you may have to associate it in the time honoured way.
