sure.
be sure that you have the 1.8volt memory modules. also, it would be a good idea to have another harddrive to use as "tape". all project data(tracks, midi and project files) should go to the second disk and the first "c:" drive should be only programs and os.

Q6600 is better than q8200 and is more cheap 
2 or more HD is the best choice for a DAW i suggest a 150 GB Raptor and other 500 GB for ur project files
