I ahve a couple of extra cheapo ADAT boxes, i would use 1 of them with ADAT on one of the scope cards.
its a fostex el cheapo but it will be fine for not so great sound things like the kaoss pad
i have 1 scope card with 1 set of ADAT and z link. the ADAT is connected to my other computers EMU1212
the other one has 2 sets of ADAT and connected to the a16 ultra.
what i want to do is use z-link for my a16 ultra
please correct me if i am wrong about any of these points
1: I can use normal firewire cables
2: i can use z-link and adat at the same time on scope
3: i can sync my a16 to scope over z-link
ADAT connection has been super reliable for me, is z-link as good?
thats why i ran out of i/o
