By vowing to never own a gun, it less likely that I will kill anyone, or that an accident will happen. I will work to outlaw guns. They are barbaric.

agreed. it is selfish. that's the problem with man.
can you solemny swear that you're so brave that you would definitely value your own bravery not the be selfish over your own life?
if yes, respect, man. if not, you're not better than anybody else, and better hold your tongue. you know that situations like life-threatening ones will make one fall back to reflexes instead of rational thoughts like "what will I tell his 5-year-old (should he have one), if he doesn't survive my counter-attack?", even if you are the bravest man alive with no intention to kill anybody at all.

you don't need a gun to kill somebody, but I agree with you that carrying a gun dramatically raises the possibility of killing. so I can only encourage you to work for your goal of abandoning guns!

My hope is that you are now more careful referring to science as a proof of your questionable hateful extremist doctrine.
It is worth thinking before talking or posting.

Your helpless 'give me the proof for god' pattern is answered in this thread several times,.
Read. Ask braincell, beacuse i think he already got a notion about that.
If you still dont understand what has been said about your 'proof of god' dilemma ask again.

As I said it will be a long way to go for you. Dont give up. Try harder.
You see that there is much patience around here with you.
Dont pay it always back with your childish behavior.
It is not a good role model for your big plans as a coward atheist messias in the off topic thread of a music gear forum.

1,2,3,4,5,6,7 btw ;)
What is my bullshit moron?
And [Moses] he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.

That is a very good question. What IS your 'bullshit moron'? I, for one, would like to know. (Notice how I used commas).

Can't you produce a quote? Or you're too lazy to read.

We need to wait for startdust to present his proof of god, otherwise all this gang mockery was in vain.

Bible wrote: Therefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Israel, and will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as a man taketh away dung, till it be all gone.
Kings 14:10

PS Some yummy stuff in the bible
Bible wrote: So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said unto her on the next day, Give thy son, that we may eat him: and she hath hid her son.
Kings 6:29

I'm angry not fearful.

I just heard a powerful radio show about the brain. What separates us from animals is that we have strong imaginations made possible by language.

If I say imagine a purple elephant with red stripes and bird wings, you can easily do that. Animals can not. This imagination however is not always good. We imagine a god or that we need guns for protection and it sometimes seems so real with a little help from society reinforcing these misconceptions. Minds can be manipulated. That is the bad part about imagination.

They (or you) were able to ask the animals to do this and the animals related that they could not do this how? I've seen plenty of instances where my pets have 'imagined' things that were not there myself...

Well I guess the bottom line is do you believe in magic?

The alternative is just too horrible to think about
Like a Soviet movie about the noble workers if you get the drift !

I prefer it with a creamy garlic sauce, potatoes, a few veg and ciabatta bread to mop up the juicy bits.

I've been after a recipe book like that for ages and forgot that I already had one.
