Question about selling and keys

If I were to, say, offer my older Pulsar II card for sale, what would I do about keys and registration, for the new owner?

If I were to, say, later on, like today, offer that card here before putting it on ebay.

just forward the keys to the new owner. registration is not required, but it's a good thing. the new owner can write to S/C support to register and Ralf can always generate the keyfile(it's best if you pass the keyfile to the new owner, Ralf has plenty to do).
