S pdif cable for 3 dsp card

Hi...
I need to link my 3 dsp card with the s p dif i/o. So I bought a sp dif cable wich looks like RCA. BUT ! The sp dif i/o of the 3 dsp card is much smaller than my RCA cable ! Does someone know wich cable I must buy for the 3 dsp card ?

just use an adaptor like this:

Mmmm... No, it looks like a small jack on you photo... On the 3 dsp board, it is like a RCA but a little bit smaller, for sure, not a 3.5 jack.

Mmmmm no, i'm looking at 2 3dsp cards right now and that's the proper adaptor. it's an in and an out, hence the stereo 3.5 and the two rcas.

So it's just a stereo jack ?? With 2 RCA ? Like an adaptator wich take a stereo signal and send the right to one RCA and the left to the other one ?
So one of the RCA is the input and the other one the output ?

I ask all that to buy the right one...
My problem is that I have a synthetizer with a sp dif i/o. But there is just ONE sp dif for the in and output !

well, signal goes in/out,

this is my example of my cable connection,

mini jack stereo to RCA + adaptor which was shown by Garyb,
or i think you can simply try with mini jack stereo on both side,

since you already have a proper sp/dif cable with the proper impedance, the adaptor is the way to go.

Well...

It works !!

But !!

There is cracks in the sound... I don't think it commes from the cable because there is no crack when there is no sound... The cracks arrive with the sound...

Well, those crackles in the sound could be a clocking problem. If you send a spdif signal out of your scope card, then set your card as master.
If you use the spdif output from an external synth or module into your scope card, you have to set the card as slave.

BUT !!

The samplerate is 48000 ! And I use the 44100 ! The synth (master) is on 44000 ! I don't anderstand !

How do I get back to 44000 ??

the synth's settings are the key.

if Scope is slave, then Scope must show whatever samplerate is being transmitted via sp/dif.
