VSTi start stop MIDI clock.

Anyone know of any VSTi which you can send a MIDI note to, and in turn it generates Midi clock on that channel?
or maybe another way to turn midi clock on and off in cubase during a song. (cubase3)

reason is, i want to start and stop , and maybe change timing on some external simple sequencers.
(polygome, scope devices, and various hardware, like DSI evolver)

simply muting them wont work, because sometimes i want the sequence to start at a different point, or go at half speed or whatever.

yeah i found this one i will try it tonight

it has pause, start and stop at least. maybe i can send it a pause every 16th note to make it go half speed
