what is the newest scope software that I need for LUNA 2 ??

I'm having really hard times with my Scope Fusion Platform, everytime that one of my audio program crash, my computer crashed because of scope...+ some other annoying cases...like if cubase crash, it stuck in the task manager and I can't run it again untill I close and reopen SFP (in case that my pc didn't restarted itself because of scope...)

the SFP seems to get very old and out of date...
what software should I download ? does Scope 4.5 (software) works for luna ?

please help me.

even the older version of Scope is remarkably stable(the Luna software isn't so great though). you probably have other problems with your computer if you have programs crashing. possibly it is not set up properly or maybe you have irq sharing with the luna or maybe you need more info about how to use it.

4.0 or 4.5 would be the current latest. what version do you have now? if it's 3x you should write support for a 4.0 key. then you can use 4.0 or 4.5, although you won't get the 4.5 set of plugins without buying the upgrade. if you are on the luna software, you need to stop using that and get the Scope platform.

yes 4.0 and 4.0 work with Luna like with any other soniccore card.

Have you Cubase 4 ?

the unbeatable crashes happen with any of my audio software crash (for example vst plugin which crashed my host), then I can't close the program from the task manager with 'End Process', most of the time the program stay there untill my pc crash (restart itself).

ver 4 only? or did you mean 4.5 ?

right now I'm using sfp3.1c.
I'm downloading version 4.5, I hope that there won't be any registration problems as I had before a year when I tried installing. :/

Do you know of a fast server where I can download it faster ? it's downloading so slow from ftp://sonic-core.net/software/ only 40k per sec -.- . please tell me if there is a place I can download it faster.

I hope that this is a free upgrade, because I don't have money to spend currently.
I had so much crashes with SFP, it is really unfair...I didnt even know how to get support or whatever from their website, because it's kinda mess, there is nothing about luna in there.

You have to contact soniccore support.
4.5 is a paid update when you want the extra bundles of plugins

I don't want the extra bundles of plugins, just the software, in hope that it is more stable than 3xx...does it cost money as well or does it cost money only if I want the plugins bundles ?

the 3.1 driver is sufficient.

the 4.0 driver comes with the 4.0 software.

the asiodll is for specific asio changes made to cubase4.

hopefully your email included the card's serial number and your name address etc, so that Ralf can generate a 4.0 keyfile for you. the software is available from the S/C website.
