XTC plug not properly installed

Can someone tell me why I get this message when I open Cubase VST 5.1 ?

Did you make sure the installer chose the right vst install directory?
Need to be more specific about the error received, what hardware you use? Os?

Try deleting the Lightwave.dll file from the Pulsar XTC folder.
