Where is the ERROR ????

Hi mateZ !!!
I´m still trying to solve my error and I´m going really crazy .
I was buy a PULSAR II a mounth ago and I was install it on a AMD Dual core 3800+ ASUS MV2 MX 3 GB RAM XP SP2 and after a lot of installations crash (XTC Mode)on a few minutes or can run about 3 - 4 hours.
Yesterday ,I buy another PC: Intel Q6600 + Ga P35-DS3L+ 2 GB RAM XP SP 2 and CRASH ANOTHER TIME !!!!! ( Masterverb Test 9 OK -10 crash)

I do this installation :

Install Driver
Reboot
Install SFP 3.1
Edit CSET (insert latency 128 )
Edit ScopeVST ( DLL Program files/Steinberg/Vstplugins/Xtc)

I need to do something more ?
Is my Board BAD ?? ( 9 Masterbverb test OK )
Wher´s the matter ???
You know hungapp error ?

I need to work with it under Cubase SX ,seriously .

Please let me know how can resolve or what I need to do .I read a lot of Manuals but my english is too bad to understand all well.

I'm not 100 percent sure, but SFP 3.1 on win XP could be the issue.
Try to get SFP 4 from SC site (all the keys should work since it's a free update.. The worse case you'll ned to ask Ralf for a new scope.rgy file).

if you dont get a blue screen set windows to give blue screen rather than automatically reboot.

How I can edit the BUFER PRELOAD in my system is ever 0 and can´t change it then,it must be Auto ?.

Hehe..sx 2 is buggy as hell.Running sx3 and nuendo 4 here.No problems.

The buffer preload on the Control Behaior ever is 0 I think it must be at least 512 - 1024

You can set that in scope.It is never 0.I think you do mean the asio buffer right?

Asio buffer? If yes there is something wrong.I can not reproduce the bug but if its under sx 2 forget it and use sx3!

There is no problem with this window, it's the way it look normally as the latency compensation is there for that.

You should take into account that your plugins compensation is calculated at install time and according to the sample frequency used at that time. If you have changed your sample frequency you MUST update the vstplugin database file (under your cubase application directory).

can you use the card+cubase3 in non-xtc mode?
If you can, then the card works fine!

-i think i have seen other people getting crashes until they switch of the quadcore function.. ( yes, its a waste of good cpu power, but try it!)
I have a lunaII and a pulsar II+cubase sx3 in xtc mode, and it works fine!

do a real troubleshooting of your pc.

Does it work in nonxtc mode??
Does cubase work with another soundcard?

basically find the problem before you through out the card!!
