i recently purchsed a pulsar1 card second hand for use on my winXP intel p4 1.7 w/512ram. the problem i'm having is when ever i boot up or shutdown pulsar or nuendo the card produces a loud click/pop sound. also when ever i save in nuendo it makes a strange sound that is difficult to describe. any help would be great.
weird audio noises
Turn off your mixer & monitors BEFORE turning off your computer. Also turn down mixer volume when you reboot. Most equipment makes some transients; digital equipment moreso. I believe there is a warning about this on the first few pages of the manual, if you got one w/ your card... (if not you can download it from the Creamware website in PDF)
