My Power Pulsar card won't accept its keys any more, upon re-install.
I have tried some key files from Ralf, and have done the things like cleaning contacts, getting the card seated well, deleting the old scope folder, deleting the registry entry, with re-starts in between. Copying the Scope.rgy file into App/Bin makes the keys show up, but doesn't get it past "next" on the installer.
The card does work as extra dsp when installed with my old pulsar II and stdm.
But scope 4.5 and almost all the creamware plugs are on the bigger card.
Do I need to have the .NET framework installed, or is some windows xp security function keeping it from installing?
Same computer it has been in for a long time; windows xp home, sp2.
Installation Problem - previously working
Aside from what I already wrote, I started out by running the uninstaller, restarting, removing the registry entry, deleting the old folder, removing the physical card, restarting, extracting scope from the zip file on my hard drive root, re-installing the card, re-starting, and running the installer "setup.exe" program.
Then if I import the Scope.rgy file ( or if I rename it "allkeys.skf" and import that ), no keys show up in the installer, and the "next" button doesn't light up.
Sure is fun owning a scope card.

The Power Pulsar won't install if it's the only card, and it won't let its plugins run if the two cards are running.
You do have to specify the card the plugin runs on, when two cards are running, and the plugin isn't installed, but it doesn't ask, if you're doing the initial install.
I have scope 4.5 for the power pulsar, and 4.0 for the other card. So if I install with both cards, only the 4.0 works, and plugs for that card. But I do get the use of the other 15 dsp's.

Ralf just sent me new key files, the latest of which was after I told him I own version 4.5 for the power pulsar.
The 4.0 ones didn't work, even with a new download of it, but I am downloading a new scope 4.5 right now, since my old one was from 2005.
Installation is from my hard drive.
I have the Jon Bowen Red Dwarf bought from him, and its key doesn't install either, separately or not.
