I need to know which would be the best driver for midi accuracy and timing in Logic 4.6 or 4.61.

I also seem to have problems when in the Sample Edit window. All audio files do not play from the start. If I'm playing a single kick hit sample, I only hear the second half of the kick. Same with longer samples - the first 1/2 a kick will not play. Is this how Logic is supposed to be? I find it very annoying and have to import my samples back into cool edit for alteration. I am currently using easiscope driver with a pIII 800, 256mb ram ASUS 815e board. Any advice would be dearly appreciated.

with asio2 i have less channels than i have with asio1... why should i use then asio2?

esp. if the only benefit from asio2 the direct-monitoring is, which is obsolete for everx pulsar-owner.

<i><b>wrong?</b></i>

Right click the ASIO2 module to adjust the number of channels. You'll have to restart/rearrange your audio preferances in your sequencer.
