problem asigning some buttons in mixer stm2448

there are some buttons that when i asign by using cme bitstream at first they work, after i save them midi presets and save the project and after............ when i reload scope the mixer is out of function at these buttons. one of them is the select channel of the mixer. it is asigned at first but after reloading the asign has benen lost. there are also some other buttons with same problem. what must i do to fix it?
