i have strange sound from pulsar every time after shotdown XP. i never had before (with win98). this is not power sound, but is strange.
sounds like.... like..... donkey ass when eat too much grass
so, is it normal
mean, normal for pulsar - no for donkey?
To proctect mixers and speakers, try at least turning down volumes on the mixer, or better turn it off. Even the normal crackling on computer shutdown is harmfull for your analog equipment! I always slide volume faders to 'silent' when rebooting or on shutdown.
It is normal.
But as the at0mic says:
Protect your gear:
Turn on your PC before anything else
Turn off everything else before turning off your PC.
