Voices of the Planet
Voices of the Planet
Electromagnetic signals in the VeryLowFreq band generated by natural phenomenons.
http://www.spaceweather.com/glossary/inspire.html
Some of the signals in VLF electromagnetic spectrum is produced by the solar wind<=>ionosphere interaction.
Even the Earth's magnetic field can interact with solar magnetic activities, generating electromagnetic waves.
Some lightnings, moreover, instead of the usual direction toward the ground, escapes from the planet up to considerable heights, then come back to Earth following the lines of the magnetic field. The interaction of this kind of phenomenon with the ionized gas of the ionosphere, or even with plasma layers in the space near by, generates those signals that, picked up and amplified, are named whistlers.
I found this here: http://www.obiettivo.org/dinamica_terremoti/menu18.htm

A common amplifier in the audio band can be used as receiver for this kind of signals, using a long wire as antenna and an opportune filtering.
It could be a superfluous remarks but.. never do it during lightning storms!
There's a software at http://weaksignals.com called Spectran, that allow to use PC for the hearing of these signals and for the visualization of their spetrum.

During the tsunamy of 2005 (I don't remember exactly when) it was noticed that most elephants on African coast fled to higher ground hours before the actual waves hit the coast of Somalia.
Having a modest knowledge in RF electronics I can't understand how the HAARP can direct its electromagnetic flow.garyb wrote:
already in existance. it's called HAARP.
Maybe using opportune polarization of the various dipoles and opportune distribution of the transmitter power on them?
AFAIK the EISCAT here in Europe uses common directive Yagi type antennas for similar purposes.

Their long trunk can pick up long wavelengths propagating through the ground.BingoTheClowno wrote: Stanford University scientists have found evidence that elephants use their sensitive trunks and feet to detect, and even interpret, low-frequency seismic signals from distant herds or potential mates.

The earthquake on 26 December 2005 shifted the angle of the rotation axis of the planet AFAIK

well, there's the LIMITED scope of investigation that's admitted to with HAARP, and then there's what it's actually CAPABLE of based on it's specifications. if you believe that the government never cheats or lies, then HAARP is no big deal or threat.
locally doesn't mean "right in the neighborhood". it means "in a specific location".

If the way has been found to accurately reflect through the ionosphere those kind of powers toward a target, they're weapons in every respect.
I read about chemtrails suppositions as associated argument through the web.
Anyway this kind of experimentations could turn out dangerous on a large scale.
@ Bingo
Wikipedia (and other sites) reports 3600 KW transmitter level in the 2.8-10MHz region for the HAARP and 1 GW transmitted at 10 KHz for EISCAT
They made the ionosphere itself radiates VLF hitting it at low frequency intervals, if I've correctly understood.

Supposedly used for 'over the horizon' radar type communications, it actually heats up the ionosphere, and has been considered a triggering mechanism for weather control.BingoTheClowno wrote:What do you think HAARP does?

the russians developed this technology first and it was put into operation july 4th, 1976 when the "woodpecker grid" was first heard over shortwave.
this stuff was pioneered by guys like tesla and given names like scalar and quantum potential...
the military says it can:
Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines
Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric process so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them.
Generate an ionospheric lens to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes.
Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which could be used to control radio wave propagation properties.
Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves.
Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology.
