the network shouldn't be in private hands, just like with the railway network (compare the experiences in the UK).
In Holland we kept deleverance of current and the network (somehow) apart.
I hope it will be fixed soon, for all those millions:-)

But let's not forget how Enron execs played the energy market to enrich themselves taking advantage of the deregulation of the energy market. It's good to know that the government (or "Illuminati" for the sensitive ears or eyes) works for "your" interests.
