Scope 4.5 Upg.

Post by Matti »

I use Scope 4.0 and I download by net (from Sonic Store) the 4.5 upg.
After that I installed the new version and its works.
But when I later in morning open the machine and try open the Scope 4.5
its not opened. After that I try install again the 4.5 but I give the message:
Please close all CreamWare application before using the Installer.
And noting applications its opened and I when I try install back the 4.0 version
same message comes. Now I cant use any version.

Sombody help,

Yours Matti

Yes, stardust is right - it often loads in the background. If you see a little yellow ball in your launch icons at the bottom try right clicking on it - you can open or close it from there.

If you have the yellow ball at the bottom after start up all you have to do is right click and select Show Scope, no double-clicking.

Oh also make sure you go to Settings and make sure XTC is switched off - this often defaults to on after a reinstall. Then restart.
