clicking problem with xp!!

i can't believe it that happens again.
i have stupid clicks aggain.
just instal xp. cubase and vst instruments and efects works perfect even on 3ms latency, but in the same time and same song everything from pulsar (sts3000, synths...) have clicking sound!!!???

with higher ulli setting less clicks but still have some on 25ms!!! i can't work!!
i will loose all jobs!!

what to do, what to do?!

i solve this with few tweaks more

.... but still have little bit better perfomances in vst then pulsar.
cubase: 3ms latency without problem

pulsar: 4ms

i must tweak peace of xp-cake more
